Can I have a painting commissioned?

Yes, you most definitely can! Please contact us via our Contact page and we will reply with what information we will require to start the commission. We will keep in contact with you throughout the process to ensure you are happy with the progress.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

Yes, we do. We can send to most countries such as United States of America, United Kingdom and New Zealand. If you are unsure if we can ship to your country, please contact us via our Contact page or email direct to

Do you sell your products anywhere other than online?

Yes, we do. We sell our products at market stalls throughout the Perth metro area. We keep our customers informed of upcoming markets that we will be attending. Our Events page has information on the next market. You can follow us on Facebook or Instagram to keep up to date. You can also subscribe (at the bottom of our home page) for updates, special events, sales and discounts.

Can I have an item commissioned other than a painting?

Yes, you can! Some items are 'one offs' that we cannot replicate but we are here to help so get in touch via our Contact page or email direct to

Can I return my product for a refund?

As we handcraft our products and each individual item is unique, we recommend you choose your purchase carefully. Please see our Shipping and Returns policy for further information. If you wish to contact us to discuss our policy regarding returns, please do so via our contact page.

How do I subscribe to Create Kaos?

You'll find the subscription box at the bottom of our Home page. Simply supply your name, email address and tick the consent box. By subscribing to Create Kaos you will be kept up-to-date on information, special events, sales and discounts. We will send these to your nominated email address. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us or emailing direct at Please type "unsubscribe" in the subject line.

How do I unsubscribe from Create Kaos?

Simply click on the Unsubscribe page and fill in your email address then click the submit button. We will unsubscribe your email address and you will no longer receive emails from Create Kaos.

How do I get a quote from the team at Create Kaos?

Contact us and provide an email address for us to reply. All quotes are provided in writing via email. If you wish to discuss your requirements via telephone, please also provide a telephone number (Australian numbers only). We will return your call at a time that is convenient to you (please provide a good time to call). Please provide the following information in your request: 1. Item you would like a quote for e.g. vinyl record clock; painting etc. 2. Colours required (our paintings are abstract and created using the techniques of fluid art). 3. If there is something you have seen on our website that you like, please provide the name of the product. 4. Timeframe you would prefer the item to be completed by. This does not include shipping time which we are limited to control as we use Australia Post and other shipping companies. They may be restricted by natural disasters which can effect delivery times. If there is anything we need to discuss, we will email you. Information we will need for paintings (paintings are usually on stretched canvas): Medium: acrylic (preferred for canvas) or alcohol ink (best for yupo paper). Size: dimensions in centimetres, NOT inches. Height (top to bottom) and width (left to right). Depth of canvas: standard or deep. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALCOHOL INK IS BEST ON YUPO PAPER WHICH MEANS SIZES ARE LIMITED.

Can you ship to my country during COVID-19?

At this stage, we are able to ship to most countries, however it may take several weeks to arrive depending on the country you live in. For example, it is taking at least 4 weeks for packages to arrive in New York, USA. We may be able to track your package although this is not guaranteed.
