We make every effort to package your product with the intention to avoid damage and breakage. However, we cannot be responsible for how the shipping company treats our packages.
We also try our best to have all products delivered in a timely manner. Please understand that we cannot be responsible for delays by the shipping company due to problems such as severe weather or break down of vehicles which could impact delivery of your product.
All of our products are sent via standard delivery. If you require express delivery, please contact us at the time of purchase of your product.
We currently include FREE SHIPPING with all purchases.
Disclaimer, Return & Exchange Policy
Our products are handmade and one of a kind. Whilst we attempt to provide high quality photographs of all our products, some details do not show up as clearly as we would like. Some colours, pigments, gloss or glitter may not display in clear detail.
Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns
(except in unusual circumstances deemed acceptable by us
e.g. receiving the incorrect product).
Exchange of a product must be done within 30 days of purchase and must be for a similar product i.e. exchanging a clock for another clock. The product being exchanged must be in original condition, not damaged and should be resalable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
